Downgrading from Samsung G9 OLED 49"

Hello, all.

I have had the Samsung G9 OLED 49" (5120x1440) for a while now and it's a beast. For multitasking, I don't think anything beats it. I love it for that. However, I primarily use my PC to game. While games that support 5120x1440 look great, it's too big for most games, especially if it's an FPS and I cannot adjust the UI/HUD. It has gotten a bit tiresome and I have been thinking of "downgrading" for some time now, so I am making the jump during the Memorial Day sales.

My GPU is a 3090 so I think it should be able to handle most games just fine now that I am downgrading resolutions significantly.

The only preference I have, I guess, is that the monitor is OLED. I don't think I'd ever be able to go from OLED to non-OLED. It'd probably be very noticeable.

Thanks!!!

I'm tired of this combo, boss

Maybe I'm just bad but I think that being immune to CC as much as Pres is with these two PvP talents combined alone is very lame and not cool.

HOLY CRAP GUYS, I HIT ELITE!!!

I have been playing for a long time and stay subbed for PvP. I usually enjoy leveling and gearing multiple alts and playing to 1800 if I can manage it. I struggled to even get 1800 in shuffle in TWW, so I quit.

I started this season determined to hit 1800, so I started leveling characters. I was enjoying a lot of different specs and ended up meeting my goal of 1800 as Ret, Enhance, and Ele, but neither really hit it home for me. I leveled my Hunter as Survival and enjoyed it but decided to give BM a try when I hit 90.

Boom, that was it. I love everything about the spec. Truly. I know it's considered the easiest spec in the game, but that's okay. I have played other easy specs, but BM just clicks for me. I am comfortable and am able to read the game better than I ever have. It is a feeling that I have never had before and it brings new joy and life to PvP for me. I hit 1800 and didn't have that feeling of "Okay, what's next?" I just sent it and kept queuing because I was having so much fun.

I never would have thought I would hit Elite, let alone get past 1800 to get the weapon illusion. I am in shock. There is so much I need to work on, too. I record my games with OBS and watch them back and it is shocking how many times I could have melded incoming CC or damage. I also need to get way better at CC'ing Pres Evokers and baiting out Grounding totems to trap vs. a Shaman team.

Time to run it back on another Hunter!

I'm so mad at myself. My recovery was going so well. No pre-surgical nerve pain whatsoever aside from what my surgeon describes as normal surgical pains and general discomfort around the incision areas. I was walking a mile a day with my surgeon's permission. I was even off of all narcotics and got by just fine with Tylenol.

Two days ago, I went to plug in an HDMI cable to my TV. I've been so careful with no BLT, but for some reason I had a brain fart and did a WICKED twist to get behind the TV. My wife immediately was like "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" when she walked in. I felt discomfort right away and knew that I messed up.

Since then, I have pain where I used to have pain that radiates down my right leg and sometimes my groin. I can't tell if it's nerve or something else. I sent my surgeon a message, but it's the weekend so they won't respond until next week.

Did anyone else mess up and overdo it during their early recovery? Did you get better? I'm terrified I really messed up.
