Perhaps she learnt that very early in life. But in this video I found those few seconds , where she realized she had broken her character and then she quickly went on to grab that mask again. This happened when she was reading the song lyrics and of course she isn't trained to sing the highs and lows. So when she attempted and maybe missed a part that's when the mask went off.
