Baggage policy.

I booked a flight from TLV-JFK with a stopover in AUH on a booking website called kiwi. Apparently I found out you can only bring one 7kg bag which is basically a backpack. To add a carry one is $195 how do they expect you to be travelling from one country to another with a backpack I’ve never heard of anything like this. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with this because I already paid enough for my ticket and I’m not interested in paying $195 more for something that should’ve been included.

Possible pots

For as long as I can remember my heart rate has always been high, also my whole life I have always sweated profusely even with minimal exertion. I saw a cardiologist around 8 to 10 years ago and they did a stress test and I was told I passed the stress test. I then saw another cardiologist who did a tilt table test and said that I passed the tilt table test. I then saw a pulmonologist who checked my lungs and said that they are fine too. Yet through all of these tests my heart rate becomes high randomly throughout the day. I’ll go up 3 steps and I’ll feel my heart rate skyrocket and I’ll be out of breath. Luckily my primary care doctor was able to believe me and prescribed me metoprolol 5 years ago which has helped with my heart rate as well as the sweating but my heart still races throughout the day. I’ve never passed out and my blood pressure has never dropped. I only realized how bad it was when I became a volunteer firefighter and saw how I was winded by the time I got on the truck and all the newer guys and guys out of shape 3x my size were able to outdue me in terms of physical activity. I am even able to pass my annual health exam to be active within the fire department. If all of my tests came back clean but my heart still races with minimal activity or even standing up then what exactly is this???? My sister was told she has pots but I’m told I’m not. Extra piece: my heart rate never goes up to 140 when getting up from a sitting or lying position like as described in regular pots but it does go up to 110 sometimes 120. If anyone can give their input here it would be greatly appreciated becuase I’ve hit a brick wall. Thank you!
