A boy comes to our house for weekly chores like gardening, toilet cleaning etc. He's very hardworking, and a nice boy.

I asked him do you mind if I give you my clothes, he said yes, so I gave all my old (but not torn) clothes. He was very happy upon receiving, and I kid you not, it felt so satisfying to see someone smile😌.

I encourage you to please help these hardworking people rather than donating to people (esp. beggars) who don't want to work!

Maid aunty broke my tablet while cleaning my desk, I clearly said her not to touch but regardless she did. And while cleaning she wiped hardly on the desk and ​tablet fell from the desk.

What shall I do? I haven't said anything to her till now.

edit : Her salary is ₹2k and We let her family live in our home rent-free. Repairing cost can be easily ₹4-5k (samsoong), Deducting it from her salary would be too much of a financial burden on her.

edit I : I confronted her and she said "babu galti se hogya, humara dhyaan nhi tha". I haven't informed my parents yet. As many of you suggested not to fine her, I'll try to​ repair it myself. And​ I will not tell my parents about this, it will be btw us.
