I don't get sick very often (like fever, etc.) but I always have a stuffy nose and I almost always have to use my mouth to breathe well. I don't sneeze much, even if sometimes I have short attacks of sneezing, but more than anything else I always blow my nose. Until a few years ago I believed that having a pack of tissues always with you, and using more than one a day, was totally normal, but then I started to notice that the others (except during periods of allergies or in winter) didn't blow it so often, and in addition when I blow it I always have thick mucus and often green. In addition, for 1 year I think, I sometimes started to have headaches in my forehead (area where you usually blame phlegm for headaches).

is this normal? (I don’t think so) should I be concerned?

my mom always tells me it’s normal and she had it too when she was young, but, eh…

does anybody know what i should do?

is it still rare? and what about galaxy mutation? i don’t think many of them exist with galaxy mutation, on the last exist count that sammy has shown there was just 2 galaxy robots

salve a tutti. vorrei iniziare a provare l’urbex (esplorazione urbana. di edifici abbandonati).

vorrei però sapere quali edifici sono più rischiosi e quali meno in ambito legale, per adesso so solo che la legge di violazione di domicilio protegge più il rapporto casa-persona che la casa in se, quindi se la casa è perennemente e oggettivamente abbandonata si può entrare (correggetemi se sbaglio), senza ovviamente rompere o forzare porte o serrature.

vorrei però anche consigli su altri tipi di strutture non per forza residenziali e consigli legali in generale, cosa si rischia? quanto è alto il rischio?
