Trying to remember an episode

Idk if it was svu or original, but there was a a massive bumper to bumper traffic and a woman braked suddenly and caused a long string of rear ends and some @$$#013 behind her dragged her out of her car and raped her while the other drivers cheered. I may have misremembered some of the details. Any idea what episode it was?

Anybody else get that bug where you enable your mods and when you start the game it auto disabled half of the mods you just enabled? It won’t stop doing that.

Anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT:: Of course it stopped as soon as I posted this 🙄
