What are the best way to increase sex drive and libido.

I already have sleep, diet, hydration, training, and general health covered, so I’m not really looking for the usual “eat better and sleep more” advice.

What are some lesser-known things that have genuinely helped increase sex drive/libido for you? Could be mental, hormonal, lifestyle-related, supplements, habits, relationship dynamics, dopamine-related, stress-related, etc. Interested in things people don’t usually talk about but actually made a noticeable difference.

Hi i am 26 M. I have been suffering with a low testosterone and low sex drive for about 4-5 years. I have got my t levels check so deffo low. Doctors always tell me not to worry about itjust focus on healthy eating and sleep. Which i have been doing but i do not see much of a difference.

I am a cigarette smoker i smoke around 8 per day.. i get around 12-16k steps in oer day so i am oretty active,

Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me or been in a similar situation before and managed to resolve it?
