Going gym from 2 months cant see much progress is im on good path 18 year old height is 5 11 approx and wieght is stuck on 65 kg skinny fat wanna bulk
I do split
Chest tri
Back bic
Leg shoulder(heavy)
Chest tri
Back bic
Leg(heavy) shoulder
Eating only homemade food just add oats soyachunks peanut butter etc to add protein
Whixh part to improve and what are some exercises to do mainly which grow muscles faster.
And routine for arms wanna improve arms they are little more skinny.
