In kcet round 2 I am getting rvitm cse and this year we must do the admission and then we can participate in round 3.So my doubt is should I consider taking pes ecc aiml as I am 20xx far from the cutoff

Is there subjects like english, kannada etc in engeneering at rvitm like those we had in puc?

Is it mandatory to learn these subjects?
