Buying vs renting TriJet fogger

Buying vs renting TriJet fogger

I had positive on MyMycolab and Realtimelab tests, although the Hayes microbial household swabs came back negative. I also have DSTM1 deletion.

Not sure where I was exposed, but there was a water leak (repaired) 4 years ago in the shower head within the bathroom wall.

I'm thinking of using the Concrobium/Trijet fogger with the hypochlorous acid liquid from Superstratum to fog around the house (especially in the washroom beside that wall panel after I open it up).

Would it be worth it for me to buy the TriJet fogger and fog on a monthly/yearly basis for a while? Or would it be enough for me to do it only once?

TMJ risk from DJS?

How does DJS compare to something like impacted wisdom tooth extraction? I've read that some people developed TMJ issues from extraction, and I'm thinking of extracting my wisdom teeth in multiple stages because of this (all done before DJS).

Should I be concerned about the surgeon opening my mouth wide for extended periods during DJS?

Jaw too small or tongue too big? Am I recessed?

I'm looking to get tongue base reduction, and possibly an MMA afterwards.
But I'm also curious about where the issue lies. Is my tongue abnormally big or is my mouth too small?

Also am I recessed?

Should I get expansion or septoplasty? (incl. CBCT)

I have mild/moderate sleep apnea, with almost complete tongue base collapse onto epiglottis + partial intermittent soft palate collapse with snoring seen during sleep endoscopy.

Is your fatigue more physical or mental?

Hey all, is your fatigue more physical or mental?
And if CPAP helps, does it help more with physical or mental fatigue?

I'm considering getting double jaw surgery, even though my AHI is only mild/moderate, and my AHI with CPAP is very low (1-3). My numerous awakenings at night are concerning though.
If sleep apnea can explain both my mental and physical fatigue perfectly, then I may lean towards just going for it

If sleep apnea can explain both my mental and physical fatigue, then I'll probably go for it. Otherwise I'm concerned that sleep apnea may be a red herring and I may have another issue.

Preventative jaw surgery for old age?

30 year old male here. I can manage my sleep apnea reasonably well with a combination of CPAP, dental appliance (very minimal advancement), side sleeping, and keeping my weight low. By "reasonably well" I mean I can go to work and do a decent job, but I still have some pretty bad days with brain fog / fatigue, maybe due to some unresolved UARS.

My concern is that my DISE shows almost complete tongue base collapse onto my epiglottis, and I heard that it's only going to get worse as I get older.

Would it be worth it for me to get double jaw surgery right now as a preventative measure?

My AHI is 20 and I might not actually need both CPAP + MAD simultaneously, but I use both because it allows me to use less pressure and minimal advancement.

Canadian orthodontists who co-operate internationally?

I'm looking to get the surgery with an Italian surgeon, but I live in Canada.

Would there be any Canadian orthodontists who are willing to cooperate with international surgeons to do the pre-surgery orthodontics?
(Preferably in Ontario, but nearby provinces are OK too)
