Ask ko lang po sana kung ano po kaya ang pwede kong gawin dito. Lagi na lang po kasi nag-e-error kapag gumagawa ako ng Pag-IBIG MID number, and hindi ko rin po kayang pumunta sa branch nila since medyo malayo po siya sa amin.
Hi My brother has a live-in partner, but they are not married. Recently, someone informed us that a land title belonging to our family was allegedly being pawned to a neighbor.
There are two land titles involved, both under the names of our mother and father. We were able to recover the first title, but the second title was allegedly pawned by my brother’s live-in partner to our neighbor for around ₱60,000.
As far as we know, our parents did not authorize her to take, use, pawn, mortgage, or offer the title as collateral. She is also not the registered owner of the property.

I just received an email from EastWest promoting their Horizons Club. It seems to have the same ₱100K ADB requirement as RCBC Hexagon Club, plus perks like 2 free InstaPay transfers per month for 3 months, a dedicated RM, and a possible credit card bundle. Has anyone here tried Horizons Club already? Is it actually better than Hexagon Club, or are they basically similar?
