hello im in my final year of college, im an undergrad student majoring in Economics. I've tried applying for internships / contractual work through Indeed, Internshala, Glassdoor, Micro1, Mercor, Welfound, etc. yk the drill. but none of these sites have even led me to get an interview. I've even cold mailed a bunch of startups, w no response from their end. I really want to gain some professional and practical experience in the field of marketing/strategy/AI and earn a little income on the side with it. Apart from this, even seemingly low-effort jobs like content writing/content creation seems to be hella competitive (even though it's not in my interest). My motive for this is to earn some money on my own for a bit of financial freedom. Im a very motivated and hardworking person, but constant rejections or no responses at all are really demotivating. I've been looking for a job since a month.
hi all, i've most prolly given more than 20 AI interviews on micro1 in the last two days and been rejected from every single role. i'm selecting roles that im interested in and that are in my stream of studies, and am genuinely giving the interviews my best shot. i really like the AI approach to jobs in micro1 but i feel a bit stupid for not being able to bag even one role 😭

i've not received an invite to any project other than project S*** and i didn't get through the onboarding assessment. after that, i havent gotten any other invite. is it common to not get any other offers?
