Linzess was the only thing that worked for my IBS-C and I quit taking it bc I fell on hard times. I should’ve reached out for help sooner but good news! I’m calling my doctor tomorrow to get back on it bc I just found out linzess has a savings program to help with the cost. I can’t wait to get back to a normalish life

I’m visiting home and they want me to cook dinner but are very picky eaters and love all things greasy rich and fried. They have an actual aversion to healthy food. How do I sneak a healthy meal past them? Recipe recs?

Tastes great! Cals on par with halo top. BUT GOOD GOD IT IS HARD. PHYSICALLY HARD. I put a spoon in boiling water for a few seconds and it didn’t really do much. After leaving it out on the counter for like 5 minutes. Crazy.
