I ordered 7 items together but only 2 were delivered. I received the msg saying all will be delivered so when the delivery agent showed up with a box I assumed all the products were inside it and gave him the otp. When I opened the box, I saw only 2 products. I checked the app and it says all the items were delivered. I talked to the delivery agent and he said he didn't know anything about it. Then I called the customer service and they said they are looking into the matter.

Has this happened with anyone else? How did it get resolved?

I'm 24 and thinking about switching to menstrual cups. I have heard good reviews about peesafe and sirona. Which one should I get? How was your experience? Any advice for a first time user?
