Has anyone used Toast to order online and still got the $150 credit? Does it matter if you use Apple Pay?

I've read they tag on extra insurance once you get to the airport. I'm wondering how much it is and what to look out for.

Going to Cancun this summer. Was trying to see if there is any way around the upcharge insurance that I’m reading online about and getting upfront costs now. I have AMEX Plat, CSR, Venture X.

Has anyone ever tried overlapping hotel credits from travel cards (ex, Amex, Chase, C1)? If so, I was wondering what the best way to go about doing so is, and your experience with it. Want to maximize the hotel credits to pay, and also all the food credits.

Want to book a Hotel in August. If I book now, would it use the hotel credit for the first half of the year or the second half of the year?
