Harry Wilson has joined Leeds United following the expiry of his contract

Harry Wilson has left Fulham and joined Leeds United following the expiry of his contract.

It brings the curtain down on a prolific five years in SW6 for the winger, as he departs with 82 goal involvements (36G, 46A) in 187 games for the Club.

Tony Khan said: “I would like to thank Harry for his dedication and commitment to Fulham over the last five years. His flair and tenacity on the pitch made him a firm fan favourite, and his memorable goals even more so.

“He is also a truly great person and will be missed around the training ground, but we wish him all the very best for the future and thank him for his time with the Club.

“Thank you, Harry!”

Brought in as Marco Silva’s first signing alongside Paulo Gazzaniga, Wilson made an immediate impact, reaching double figures for both goals (11) and assists (21) as Fulham won the Championship – form that saw him named in both the EFL and PFA Team of the Season.

A consistent presence in the side following our return to the top-flight – nobody played more matches for the Club over the last five years – Wilson scored 22 times in the Premier League, making him the eighth highest scorer in the division in our history.

A Wilson goal almost always meant a result for Fulham. Of the 33 matches in which he found the net, we lost only two, winning 27 of them.

The vast majority of his strikes were special, too. From long range curlers, to last season’s trivela against Crystal Palace, tap-ins weren’t really part of Wilson’s armoury.

His stoppage time brace against Brentford in 2024/25 will go down in history as one of the great Craven Cottage nights, with the equaliser that evening going on to win our Goal of the Season award.

He also added a Player of the Season trophy to his collection this summer, following a career best year that saw him register 11 goals and eight assists in just 38 Premier League and FA Cup matches, a record of one goal involvement every other game.

A very friendly man who always made time for the fans, Wilson departs with a fantastic Fulham legacy, and we wish him the best of luck – two games a season aside – at Leeds.

Welcome to Fulham, Álvaro Arbeloa. 🤍

https://preview.redd.it/cjoouqh9zvbh1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=a51a1a0c711f5fd4e13cf7bab22e269ad79d6fd6

The Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Álvaro Arbeloa as the new Head Coach of Fulham.

The 43-year-old has agreed a three-year deal, tying him to Craven Cottage until the summer of 2029.

Following a trophy-laden playing career, Arbeloa’s coaching journey has been forged at arguably the biggest side in the world, starting with Real Madrid’s youth sides before taking charge of the senior team last season.

Álvaro Arbeloa: “It is a real honour for me to be embarking on this new stage at Fulham FC, the oldest club in London. I feel a great sense of responsibility and I'm deeply grateful to Mr. Khan and Tony Khan for the trust they have placed in me with Fulham in the Premier League.

“I am really looking forward to experiencing the atmosphere at Craven Cottage with Fulham fans and beginning pre-season with the players next week. I am sure we are going to enjoy an incredible journey together.

“Come on Fulham!”

Shahid Khan: “Álvaro was an original candidate who built an exceptional case through our meetings in June to become our next Head Coach, and it quickly became quite clear that he was – and is – the right choice. I am delighted that Alvaro has accepted the challenge to push Fulham forward, and I have no doubt that our squad, staff and fans will resonate with what his appointment means for the present and future of our Club.

“Álvaro is, by his own admission, very ambitious.  He has spent quality time around the best players, clubs and methods in the game, experiences which will serve him well here at Fulham. Álvaro also has great interest in our Academy set-up and believes in giving young players a chance. I loved hearing that from Álvaro, as well as his intent on playing attacking football. All of this and a lot more makes Álvaro Arbeloa an ideal fit to lead Fulham Football Club into the upcoming Premier League season and beyond.”

Tony Khan: “I’m thrilled to welcome Álvaro Arbeloa as Fulham's Head Coach! Álvaro is highly intelligent with a profound knowledge of the sport, a very strong work ethic, and he is determined to succeed at Fulham. I’m excited and looking forward to a bright future for the Club under Álvaro’s tremendous leadership! Come on Fulham!"

Teodora Kostović reps Fulham! 🇷🇸

Teodora Kostović wore a Fulham shirt after her Centre Court battle with world number one, Aryna Sabalenka.

Paying homage to fellow Serbian and Fulham midfielder Saša Lukić, she had worn the shirt after every win in the qualifiers, making it her lucky charm.

"I didn't see anyone else wearing Fulham jerseys, so I said, 'alright, I'll do it!'"

I'm Raúl Jiménez, Ask Me Anything!

I'm a striker for Premier League club Fulham and the Mexico national team.

I joined Fulham in 2023 after a five-year spell at fellow Premier League side, Wolves. I came through the youth system at Club América and have also played for big European sides, Atletico Madrid and Benfica.

I've played for Mexico 123 times so far, scoring 44 goals, winning four tournaments and featuring in the last three World Cups. Ahead of this summer’s World Cup hosted in Mexico, Canada and USA, I've been listed in the preliminary squad.
