¡¿Paquete retenido?!
My package has been stuck in customs for 11 days with DHL Express shipping, and I don't know what's happening. Customer service isn't responding. It's in Germany.

What does this mean?
My order has been in this state since the 4th:
Customs clearance of the cargo is in progress
