How do I fix this, or do I just throw it away?

I’m losing hair based on age and glp1. I started buying pony tale wigs. The first three I bought 1-2 years ago, before I knew anything about wigs. They are fake and from temu. Is there any way to save them or should I just cut my loses?

I’ve been doing Spravato for over a year, and this was one of the most profound sessions I’ve ever had

First, I want to thank everyone who has recommended shaking the Spravato and warming it between your handsbefore using it. I’ve been doing Spravato for a little over a year, and I honestly had one of the most beneficial sessions I’ve ever experienced after trying this.
My depression has improved significantly since starting treatment, but over the past few weeks I’ve been dealing with this overwhelming sense of doom. My depression and anxiety had both been really intense, and I was desperately hoping this session would help.

After my session, I got up to use the bathroom, which is usually the point where I know the experience is basically over. But when I came back, I put my eye mask back on and just stayed there for a while.

And then it happened.

A frightening face made of fire appeared and came down over my face, almost engulfing me. When it lifted away, it felt like it had taken all of my emotions with it. I could almost physically feel them pop out of me.

I took off my eye mask and was overwhelmed by this incredible sense of peace. I genuinely can't remember the last time I felt that kind of peace. It was like someone had turned off all of the noise in my head.

It's only been a day, so obviously I don't know how long this feeling will last. I can already feel some of my emotions trying to creep back in, but instead of immediately getting caught up in them, I woke up this morning and intentionally visualized how I felt after that experience.

I spent about 10 minutes lying in bed, imagining myself feeling that peaceful, happy, carefree feeling again.

And today, I feel fantastic.
I don't know if the visualization will actually help make the effects last longer, but I'm going to keep doing it every morning and see what happens.
After more than a year of treatment, this was such a powerful experience for me that I really wanted to share it. ❤️

And again, thank you to whoever first suggested shaking the Spravato and warming it in your hands. I genuinely think it made a difference for me.

My Daughter Has Titled The Bluey Episodes

My, just turned 5 yo daughter, who can’t read, is sitting here trying to pick the Bluey she wants to watch. I hear her quietly naming each episode as she goes through them. “Learning how to ride a bike, learning how to drive, learning how to make your parents mad.” She has me cracking up!

General Advice… what do you say when someone tells you they are from a war torn country?

This is just a general question. I work with a lot of women who come from all over the world. Usually as subs, some I see again and some I don’t. However, I always try to include everyone, invite them to lunch with our group, talk to them during breaks, etc. Well, recently I met women from Iran and one from Ukraine. Whenever we get talking, it will usually come up, “oh where are you from” or “when did you move here”.

When someone tells me they are from a country that is going through hell, I don’t know what to say. It feels rude to say I’m sorry. So I just change the subject, which also feels very rude. What is the best thing to say to this? Especially if you are someone who has moved from a country to get away from what is happening there, what do you want to hear from someone when you share where you’re from?
