I’m almost 41 years old, perimenopause symptoms for at least 3 years. Worst symptoms are hot and cold flashes and wicked anxiety and panic. I finnnnnnnnallllly got prescribed an estrogen patch .025/weekly, 100mg progesterone days 14-bleed and 5mg 2x a week of testosterone injections! For some reason I’m scared of the testosterone causing MORE anxiety and I can’t have that. Any positive experiences would be helpful 🥺
