Not sure how this happened, but noticed it two days ago. It was green pus on it, and I popped it with the sterile needle and tried pushing it out. Next day it looks like this should I just go to urgent care? I’ve been soaking it with some salt and warm water, but it hurts not that bad but it does hurt.

I got my lipoma removed the other day and later that night I noticed it was swelling and bruising this it over night it got worse so I went to er and they confirmed it’s. A hematoma. It’s so uncomfortable I can’t even put my arm down . Anyone else have this after removal ? This sucks
