Opinions on Reedles

I love the VT cosmetic reedles and what they do for.my face--i breezed past 300 nightly and could easily do 700 or even 1000--is there a reason not to if my face tolerates it??

I love being itchy

I don't know what to say, i just love being itchy, I always have--even as a little kid.

I relished bug bites, would try to aggravate my allergies (safely), would wear too tight socks, or put my hair up too tight, intentionally uncomfortable bras--anything to induce itch. Though as an adult I obviously don't do most of these things for safety reasons but I still think about it and cherish the occasional organic itching. Honestly the month I had UNINTENTIONAL poison oak....I was thrilled 🥲 I looked forward to my first allergy patch test for months. I asked if I could schedule them regularly. It felt amazing and I refused the benadryl they wanted to give me (im allergic to everything and the

Hives were very large).

It is NOT like kink or anything, it is just soothing for some reason.

I know I am in a grave minority with this opinion.

I honestly think it has to do with the histamine, something about it my mind or body likes. Though, for background information I have some VERY rare genetic issues and disorders so who knows, maybe the inflammation does something for me.

I apologize, I know it will be met with scorn and disdain--i am ready to accept public shaming and/or tomatoes in the town square.

[product question] Reedle Obsession

I have been using the VT cosmetics Reedles for about a year, i absolutely love them, nothing has changed my face texture, improved my product absorption, and made my barrier stronger like these damn little cactus things. I don't know why my skin likes it but definitely does.

I have been doing 300 every night and 700 every 3- 4 nights for a while now and just saw they came out with a 1000. They advise you to only use the higher strengths weekly but the more often I use the 700 the better it feels/looks.

Is there a real reason I shouldn’t use the 700 nightly and the 1000 weekly? Like...other than sensitivity? I enjoy the feeling quite a bit (i find it refreshing) and my skin NEVER reacts badly to it (or even gets red). I am not at all put off by the potential discomfort and by all accounts my skin loves it--is there any reason not to up it to whatever I can tolerate?

Thanks for any info!

Hair Dryer Recommendations

Hi! My stylist has shown me the magic of a hair dryer on curly hair when using with the right products (my first 'curly cut'). I've never used one as they traditionally destroy my hair but it's been at least 15 yrs since I purchased one and the game has CHANGED.

My stylist used a dyson, which, while I'd be willing to invest in, it would be in a used older model vs a similar priced new one.

What are your best recs for curly 3a/b medium (borderline fine) but dense hair? I don't care about quick drytime, noise, maxhine weight, or anything like that, I care MOST about reducing frizz, maintaining shine, and i guess 'health' of the hair ♥️

Thank you 💕✨️🥹

Need Serious Help

My sister's mom (not my mom thank god) took out FOR SOME GODS FORSAKEN REASON all her loans as parent plus. 80% of them are parent plus, when she fully had the option to do subsidized for everything (very low income). Now my sister, who is DEEPLY disabled (missing half her face internally from a smoking-mom induced birth defect).

She is.legally disabled but cant dispatch these bc they are f$%king parent plus. I don't know what to do anymore, her mom is a damn CNA they want like 1200$ in payments, they would be homeless. No one has this money. I've called so many times, explained so many times, shes makes 30k a year my sister gets 900$ in disability and that just pays her personal bills, they live together in a condo she inherited from her grandmother.

Idk what difference it makes but this was the servicer that got sold around alot bc they kept going bankrupt or something. We have heard of private consolidation, is that viable? What is our next step?

Any info you can provide would really help.
