How long does it take to receive a verbal offer from oracle? Is it fine if 2 weeks has passed after the final interview with no reply? I mean even if they decided to go with someone else they shouldve emailed me a rejection email right by now right?
I recently created a gmail account to use to apply for jobs. I just now discovered that the accoynt asked me to verify my identity and added my phone number . Now google said my account has been disabled as it looks like it was created or used by a computer or bot which is not true . Now I really need access to this email again as I have an ongoing job application ongoing and waiting for a response in the next few days. I already submitted an appeal too. Now why does this happen????? It is very frustarting to me especially that this happened during a very sensitive time as this email is linked to an active job application. Shouldnt google at least notify us instead of directly dissabling the account????
I am 10 days post op. Is my donor area fine , will it look bad later on ? I am concerned or is it normal to look like this 10 days post op?

I have bought 2 items from walls nation ( a tv table and a shelve) back in december. 2 weeks later , I started noticing major paint cracks and defects ( Although the furniture was brand new ) and I have attached the photos too for refernece. The paint on these furniture started getting worst day by day until I finally decided to give them back for repair or replacement in April. Their customer support team claimed that I will get the items back in around 2 weeks . 2 weeks have passed , I started sending them daily reminders, and all their reply was that they will check with the production manager and get back to me. ( literally the same reply daily with no change ) . Then , they finally provided me with a date to return back the items (which is May 21) . The day came , an nothing have been deleivered . I asked them again, they informed that there is a delay due to the ongoing orders( which is always there reply since I started following up with them. From that moment , nothing have changed , They started giving me fake promises and dates , until once I delayed my flight by a day to receive the furniture but again, nothing was deleivered. If you want to save your time, please consider another furniture shop. Their items are very low quality in terms of materials and you will not even get the chance to replace them.
