This is my first time doing the SAT and I'm doing practice ones. For the reading section I have to read the text or parts of the text 5 or more times to understand what's going on and the ones with graphs are even worse. Feels like I forget what I just read a sentence ago. Any way to make this issue less bad?

Im a begging iI just got a begleri online and learned around 10 begginer tricks from different youtubers. Anywhere to find others. On this sub I seen people do tricks i've never even seen before so I would love to know.
