What to wear for play therapy?

NAT - 2nd year MSW student starting clinical internship
I’m getting ready to start my internship at a group practice, my interest area is children & adolescents. I will have the opportunity to work with kids and observe PCIT/do more trainings in play therapy.
I’m also super interested in play therapy, hopefully RPT one day!
However, I just got done working in child welfare to start my internship and I have no idea what would be practical to wear that isn’t as sterile as my county dress code.
I can wear jeans, casual, etc. my supervisor even said practical stuff for when working with kids to move around etc.
I just don’t even know what pants/skirts? maybe could be recommended and not look so sterile!
I have a week to vamp up my wardrobe (also just want to go shopping) if anyone has any recommendations/could give ideas.

Thanks! :)

Vraylar & Topomax

Has anyone tried this combo to combat weight gain with vraylar?
I’ve tried abilify (ended up inpatient after upping to 10mg), rexulti, and this would be my second time on vraylar again.
Last time I took it, I gained 30lbs and was insatiably hungry 24/7 the only time I wasn’t eating was when I was asleep.
I got off of all antipsychotics at the end of last year and was just taking lamictal until about a week ago. I had a hypo week and we decided to add on vraylar again bc it’s been the best med combined with lamictal for me.
However, I am terrified of gaining the weight back, after I got off of it, I lost all of the weight within a few months (stress of a new job/new place of living probably also promoted this).
My psych is starting me on the vraylar and we meet at the end of the month to add topomax.
I’ve been on the vraylar for a week and have found that I am already hungry asf all the time.
Has anyone tried topomax? I’ve done some research and have considered asking about metformin instead but not sure.

found this cleaning

I got this originally when I was a kid and how I’ve kept it so long I’m not sure but I finally put a battery in it today and I’m so excited. I just picked up a paradise.

I went to a renfaire and got a mystery bag and these were in it.

I figured it would have a paper or info of some sort on identification but it didn't.

I'm just trying to get a general idea of what these are/any ideas of what they came from.

thanks :)

I was diagnosed with N2 back in February, trialed Modafinil but it did absolutely nothing but make me extremely irritable. I haven't been taking anything since.

I have another appointment tomorrow to trial something else medication wise.

I am curious, I know there is very little research on it, but has anyone here tried a ketogenic diet for N1 or N2?

I haven't done an entire deep dive yet, but I know that I don't feel super comfy taking sodium oxibates as I live alone, and I'm also most likely going to lose my health insurance for a month up to 6 months within the next few weeks.

I'm willing to try anything extra to help as I was taking Adderall before and it did more than the modafinil, but I still really struggled.

I'm starting my Summer & Fall internship May 25th this is my second clinical placement and I will "graduate" in November of this year when my internship ends.

I did pull out a grad plus loan, to cover absolute necessary bills (rent, insurance, electric) and some extra just in case.

I do however know that it would be smart to have some kind of income coming in, as I also will have to find marketplace insurance as my current full time job I have resigned from provides my current health insurance among other things.

I have tried to find something part time, but would also feel bad getting a W2 job as I obviously hope to find full time employment after graduating with my MSW.

I've done Rover before, but was also curious of what others have done. I've worked plenty of food service/customer service jobs so if it comes down to that, it may be smart as well in case it takes time to find a full time job as the job market is not the greatest right now. I guess I'm thinking free-lance but not sure where to start.

Thanks for insights! :)
