Our band is trying to increase our followers. You used to be able to run an ad and it would have a follow button on it under engagement. Basically trying to make an ad and get likes for a page. Facebook/Meta has changed that and now you can’t run those ads. Any suggestions on how I should promote to increase the band’s follows now?

I've dealt with this issue for 3 years. I've canceled 7 credit cards over it. But at the beginning of every month, I get a $21 charge from AMZN Mktp CA. It has two 7-digit codes that do not refer to the specific charge for some reason. This is on a Chase and then a Capital one card.
When I call Amazon, they can never find that charge. They escalate the issue, and I get an email 2 days later saying they can't find it from a do-not-reply email. So I can't show them screenshots of the charges,
So I dispute the charge and get a new card. 2 months later or whenever I add that card to my personal amazon the charges start hitting again.
I've asked for managers at amazon,. I've been nice, and I've been nasty; I've wasted too many hours on this stupid issue.
How do I get amazon to stop charging my account for this, minus not using amazon on a personal level anymore?
