How good is my build ?

I will use this build for both stellar conduct and support stellar swirl. I know that 2pc 2pc atk is not best in slot for any of them. But how good is this current? I will switch to her sig when i will upgrade it.

I will gain 11%cr and lose a little bit of atk. So the final stats are 2800 atk, 78%cr and 213%cd (Accounting for the buffs she get for each element)

I will upgrade her talents later.

I am returning to unite

So I played the game very early after it released on mobile when the zerora event was going on. Then I played for sometime and left it. Then cameback again played for sometime and left it again. Now I want to comeback again after an year of not playing. What are the things to know as a returning player. How competitive is ranked ? Last time I reached masters solo (Don't know if it's a big feat or not). Is the game doing well rn compared to the last year ?
