Am I playing GoA slowly?

Im almost to Spring 20, and im already 16 hours into the game. I feel like I spend each day talking to every single marriage and non marriage candidate trying to get their friendship up.

Everyone says to let the villagers do the farming for me but I feel like its faster to just water and pick crops myself. There have been days where I let the villagers do the work and when I checked on the crops late at night there were still patches that they didnt water.

Rune Factory Guardians of Azuma is the best RF ive played.

I grew up playing RF4, didnt play much of 5 cause the frame rate and loading times were ass. I never thought a RF game would top RF4.

That was until I played Guardians of Azuma.

Everything from the music, the combat, bringing an entire party with you on adventures, exploring multiple towns and sky islands, this game is packed with content. Im only 8 hours in but its already my favorite.

Looking for a new rpg

I mainly play JRPGs, ARPGs and open world games. Ive played all the elder scrolls and fallout games. Ive played every final fantasy and I play exclusively on PS5.

Im looking for a game thats pseudo open world or even open world with arpg or even turnbased combat. Id like the game to have npcs that walk around and cities that feel alive/bustling and exploration that doesn't hold your hand.

Also, story is important to me.

Any suggestions
