I forgot to do the academic integrity module and now I have a sanction. I was wondering how I can get rid of it because I cannot access my transcript.

I am 22(f) and my friend is 21(f), I have known her for over 9 years. We went to high school together and became friends in the 7th grade. She started lying to everyone at school about small things, such as getting kicked out and living under a bridge, mom having cancer, parents owning a mansion, having a boyfriend, phone getting run over by a train, the list goes on. We stopped being friends after I confronted her, she admitted to lying about these things and apologised and became known as a liar in the school. After a couple of years, I felt bad for her and decided to forgive her since we all make mistakes during our teens. However, the lies just keep on getting worse. Every single day she will call me ranting about something bad that happens in her life. She will call me saying she goes out with guys and every single time they end up SA her, she will say that her family ab*se her and steal her money and passport, that she has cancer, endometriosis and ADHD that a bunch of guys show up to her house and beat her up, that she got hit by a car, say shes in the hospital, but every time I try to visit her she always makes up an excuse and turns off her location, exes breaking into her house she always makes things up about her other friends but still hangs out with them, etc. One time she made me confront this girl for bullying her and it turns out she never even said anything and I ended up looking stupid. Not a single one of these things have been backed up with evidence. Every single day is something new and it is so draining to hear these things. Whenever I try talking about my own real problems such as my health issues, she somehow always makes it about herself and how her life is worse than mine.
I've tried cutting her off but she acts like the victim and says she will k*ll herself. She is also the type to spread lies about me to others if I say one thing disagreeing with her. Idk if I should confront her for lying to me and other people or if I should cut her off completely and that if I don’t confront her she will continue to lie to others and get into serious trouble.

my mom (early 40s) has had a pituitary tumour according to the doctors since the early 2010s which she only found out about in 2020. She has undergone radiation, two surgeries in an attempt to remove it and even gotten her adrenal gland removed. However, they could not remove the tumour, and it is still there and growing. I am very worried about her and don't know what to expect.

What the title says. I was just wondering what would happen if whole grains were to be overconsumed.
