I haven't finished 999 Nights yet, and some people are saying I can't start the V1.3 Main Story Quest without it.

Hey, any good Speedster Pokémon you’d suggest from the Speedster selection box?

I started playing Unite a month ago. I have mostly played Moltres and Yveltal in ranked matches so far. I don't have much experience with Speedsters other than Zeraora, which I only used to complete Speedster Pokémon missions in quick matches. I was thinking of trying one from the selection box in a ranked match.
