Is Wit's End a Void item?

The league wiki says it's a Void item in the trivia section, is it true? It does make sense as it counters mages as the Void destroys magic basically and its color is also purple.

Also how can the league wiki tie an item to a specific region? Is there a certain proof for every item?

It doesn't make sense that tanks build Kaenic Rookern over FoN even against AP DoT champs like Rumble, Teemo, Cass, and Morde

Kaenic Rookern is designed to counter burst magic damage.

Force of Nature is designed to counter magic damage over time.

If any of these two statements is wrong, then it just means one item does everything.

In recent years since the release of Rookern, I've seen almost no one building FoN even against DoT champions except Darius or Singed. And this is wrong because it means an item is being rotten for years.

I don't think Kaenic Rookern is OP. But Force of Nature is just too bad compared to Rookern. I think the main reason it sucks is that it just takes too much time for FoN to reach max stacks. By the time you reach max stacks, you've already taken all the damage with just 55 low magic resist. So I think FoN needs some buffs or changes.

Is Cassiopea the hardest matchup in mid laning phase currently?

Ryze is the one who benefited from deathfire touch, but Cass benefited even more. I never lost to Cass before the rune was released but now she feels too difficult to win in laning phase. I never won a single laning phase against her. Is she the hardest matchup in mid laning phase currently? Any tips? Perhaps use ghost in level 1 or 2 to avoid her Q and play aggressively?

My theory on how Ryze would have reacted to the Glorious Evolution

Considering he didn't show up in the Sentinels of Light which involved a global cataclysm, while he does even have a connection to the Ruination, it makes sense that he didn't show up in the Glorious Evolution. As it was a localized event confined to Piltover and Zaun.

However, even if the Wild Rune and the runes used for Hextech are not World Runes, they are still runes and Ryze is the Rune Mage. Wild Rune was dangerous enough to threaten every living soul in PnZ, a threat certainly lanrge enough to draw Ryze's attention and compel him to intervene even if it was not a global event.

Therefore, I believe he was aware of almost everything that happened in Arcane. He knew what would happen to PnZ, how Hextech would end, and what Viktor would become. Ryze likely could have stopped evolved Viktor even without using a World Rune shard. My theory is that he met a future version of Viktor and gave him a chance to redeem himself, which is why he ultimately chose not to intervene in Arcane.

Does Jax feel guilty about Icathia summoning the Void to Runeterra? Even towards Shurimans as well?

This question started from a description that he regretted not killing the mages of his nation who summoned the Void. I think he does feel guilty about his home country, but even towards Shurimans?

New perk that boosts your movement speed

You gain movement speed boost by the damage you deal to enemy heroes. 1% ms boost for 10 dmg dealt, 20% at maximum. The boost fades away in 2 sec if you don't deal damage to enemy heroes.

I don't want Zen to have a certain mobility skill like his flying kick in Stadium. Because it would make him the most overpowered hero ever. Just think about how he dominated meta for two times when he got +25 hp buffs.

But at the same time, even considering glass canon is the core identity of him, I think he needs a perk that helps his survivability more than now. That can even compete with float perk(or when it becomes his passive.) Because this game has been too harsh for heroes without any survivability.

Zen was like a symbol of pro play in OW1 but now he's been completely replaced by so many other support heroes just because of his lowest survivability in the game. There's a huge gap even between him and Ana who's also a symbol of squishy support.

Echo is just Gemini who has a superweapon body

Echo is not an omnic. She is not sentient. She's said to feel emotions but since she's not sentient, we can't really say her emotions are on the same level as the ones of humans and omnics.

So to say, she's like Gemini who has a body, a superweapon body more precisely. She just learns, adapts, thinks but is not sentient.

But what I think scarry and weird is that she doesn't have a master or be controlled by anyone unlike Orisa. She just owns herself, her body, her weapon. But she's not a living creature or owned by any sentient being. She's just a computer without its owner so actually she can be destroyed by anyone. But she kills anybody who tries to kill her. I think if she actually exist in the real world, she would cause disasters to us.
