How many of you think old ICF non AC coaches were better than newar one at airflow

I have travelled in both the coaches. But feel better comfortable journey in older ones. The air flow were good not only for window seaters but for all(not upper birth included, because those are hot bed in every non AC coaches). Also its easy to operate than newar ones. Newar one got jammed too much.

আজ আমার ধর্ম সংকটের খেলা।

একদিকে আমার মহাদেশ, অপরদিকে ছোটোবেলার ভালোলাগা।

My plan to maintain physique. It's one kind if confession.

M31, 5'8"(last time weight measured it was 65 , but now it increased dor sure)

I used to train, run etc from my 18-19 years age. But wasn't so consistent. Last 4-5 years I went to train more consistent than ever. I got the result too. I didn't maintain diet ever(just avoided street food and fast food as well as i could).

But the problem is from last year starting of monsoon season I am totally detached from training. Very few times i visit the ground(i think i could cont the numbers). My weight and fat increased, my cardio level decreased. Where i used to run avg of 5 km/day, now running 2 km feel me suffocating. Felt depressed.

My work is field job, so i have to walk many times and carry weight(total of over 10 kg) during that time.

Now I make a workout plan for myself 6days a week(if possible) training one time. Three days full body workout(moderate) basic free hand training and sometimes with little weights. And rest three days core excercise with bodyweight. Cardio all 6days moderate on full body days, and little hard on core days. And one total rest day(from training not work).
