I know you wanna be as accurate as possible but too much accuracy can lead to an unbalanced fiasco, like stun stacking, this mechanic is only useful for characters like 2011x who has rage mode, but replace with literally any other executioner it it becomes the most rage baiting crap ever, and the flight meter, for characters like fleetway super sonic who can just fly to you in under seconds, THEN WHATS THE POINT OF STUNNING HIM,
