What's a cartoon that you like but you understand why other people don't?
I'll start first: Happy Tree Friends. This show had no continuity (especially when the characters keep coming back to life after their deaths in every episode), dialogue, or even character development, the Flash animation was crude, and there's almost zero story to speak of (barring the few instances of background lore like Flippy's backstory in the Operation: Tiger Bomb short) as its entire draw was "cute woodland animals being killed off in incredibly violent and bloody ways".
This was considered fresh and innovative (at the time) when it first aired during the 2000s, but pigeonholing itself into this sole gimmick is also what eventually led to its decline in the mid-2010s, as the repetitiveness and the shock value of its excessive gore gradually wore off, which was a big problem when that was the only thing the series had going for it.
And yes, I'm saying all of this as a HTF fan myself.

Please don’t give up.
No matter how hard it is, how everything feels doomed, how you always not feel good enough or how everything sucks, this is a reminder that all of this will be so worth it in the end. Don’t worry about views, likes or any of it, as a person who went viral in the past it’s just background noise meant to give you an illusion that you succeeded. You have not, you just got popular. What matters most is pouring your heart into something, actually enjoying doing something, and doing what brings YOU joy, why give joy to a random stranger when the only person you should give that joy to is yourself, and trust me, once you start doing for yourself instead of others - people will come in naturally and suddenly all of it makes sense. Instead of going viral because you got “lucky”. You go viral because people resonate with you and all of it makes so much damn sense. So please, don’t give up, and keep going^^
And also never doubt your ideas. Your idea is good and if a voice in your head says “noooo but..look it’s actually ..weird!” FUCK THAT VOICE! Believe in yourself! YOU CAN DO IT! I love everyone’s ideas here in this sub. SO PLEASE DONT GIVE UP AND KEEP GOING WITH YOUR AMAZING IDEAS AND IF ANY HATERS COME UP JUST BLOCK EM AND CONTINUE TO DO AMAZING STUFF PEOPLE!!!! :3

I made this short animated music video using four lines from Barsaat Bhi Aakar Chali Gyi.
I wanted the visuals to capture the mood of the song rather than simply illustrate the lyrics literally.
This is one of my experiments combining 2D animation, music and visual storytelling.
