Not sure what’s going on here I have followed everything, ball is behind the rod and when I go for the lever, It’s loose as fuck, What am I installing wrong?

Goes into gear I can feel the bike jump and wheel turns while suspended in the air but when on ground and I put it in first seems to still be in neutral, Would this happen if I installed clutch plates wrong? cable is pulling fine at the end of the video

First project bike, seller Said it was seized opened up to find this 😂 First time dealing with the kickstarter and timing whats the first step to fix this?
