I made a beer rating app!

Whenever we have family get togethers you can bet their is always an argument over what beer has been brought! To avoid this my brother in law wanted me to create something like a spreadsheet so we can taste and rate beers so they go into a ranking... I did one better, I made an app!

This is Tap Room, an app where you can rate beers with your friends. Scores are hidden until you have tried and rated the beer. Once you have, you can see everyone else’s scores and where it sits on the ranking.

You make a group, invite people, add whatever’s being drunk, and score it. That’s pretty much it.

We’ve been using it at family get togethers so the “best beer” argument actually goes somewhere.

It’s not live yet. I built it for us really, but before I start putting money into getting it on the stores I wanted to see if anyone else would actually use something like this, or if it’s just a us thing.

[iOS 27 DB3] Siri not actioning music requests

First had this bug in DB2, still happening now in DB3

I initially thought it was due to indexing but that’s completed, no workaround as of yet

Manchester N2

As we all know it is going to be super hot today, that being said obviously people are going to be queuing super early but please, please take an umbrella for shade, take plenty of water make sure you drink plenty of water and eat!

We all want to get a good view or the perfect video but we also don’t want the show stopping every 10 minutes because someone’s passed out, please look after yourselves and look after each other!

What do I do?

Hi, my name is Brandon and I think I might have a drinking problem although I’m not quite sure. *THIS IS A TRIGGER WARNING* I am 26M and before 2026 never drank regularly, i couldn’t even understand people having a couple of drinks at home until this year when I started drinking beer.

In January I was dealing with a lot of relationship shit, something ai had gone through before but self medicated with self harm. I remember drinking myself silly, having a major melt down and then sleeping before waking up and watching the bee movie. Since the. i’ve drank on a regular basis.

It started with a couple of beers on a Thursday when we go round my partners brothers’ and have ‘Thursday club’ this was all fine until I was drinking excessively (6+ beers). I’d be going home pretty pissed and then feeling sorry for myself on a Friday morning.

It started with just Thursdays and then it lead to me having a couple on a Friday and then drinking until I was sick on a Saturday.

My drinking has caused me financial issues and I have tired to limit how often I drink (as if it would make up for the amount I drink on other days)

This pattern has continued since January and it feels like it’s only getting worse. I’m unable to stop myself drinking too much whilst out having a ‘social’ drink. I think about having a drink on the way to work, whilst at work and on the way home. I just don’t know what to do anymore as I can’t carry on like this. i feel line I lose control and it’s always just ‘one more’

Any advice or anything would be appreciated as I have no idea bow to navigate or control tbis

Is this right???

I’ve had my 16PM for 19 months now and the battery barely lasts 8 hours during work. It seems like my battery health is stuck at 96% which doesn’t seem right, it’s been at 96% for over 6 months now, has anyone else had this? I have been to Apple and when they ran diagnostics they said everything was fine and that my main killers was Music (although this is normal screen off) and TikTok (which is normally a couple of hours a day)

Any advice is welcome as I’m starting to lose my mind with it
