How creators share and enhance their work

Hi! I'm doing research to better understand how creators share and enhance their work. I'm not selling anything, I genuinely want to learn from your experience. I appreciate any time you're willing to give.

  1. Tell me about something you've created that you're most proud of (a book, artwork, lesson, product, performance, experience etc.).

  2. After you finished it, did you ever wish you could add more to it? If so, what did you wish you could add, and why?

  3. Have you ever wanted your audience to experience more than what you could include in your work?

  4. When people experience your work today, do you send them anywhere else for additional content? (For example: your website, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, a PDF, another platform, etc.)

  5. What made you choose that approach?

  6. What, if anything, frustrates you about that process?

  7. Have you ever had to use multiple tools or websites just to create the experience you wanted for your audience? If so, which ones?

  8. If you could change one thing about how people experience your work after they've discovered it, what would it be?

  9. Have you ever wished you could update or expand your work after it had already been printed, published, or shared? What would you have changed?

  10. If there were one tool that let you create the exact experience you wanted for your audience, what would it do?

One last question:

If you could describe your ideal audience experience in one sentence, what would it be?

Shouldn’t every passenger be able to use the overhead bin above (or close to) their own seat?

I’m getting tired of airlines that can’t seem to manage overhead bin space. I constantly see passengers put both their carry-on and their personal item in the overhead compartment, even though personal items are supposed to go under the seat in front of you.

If I’ve paid for a ticket and brought a carry-on that meets the airline’s size requirements. I think I should be able to put it in the overhead bin above my own seat or at least near it. Instead, I’m often forced to put it several rows away or gate-check it because the bins are already full.

To me, that points to a failure somewhere. Either airlines are selling seats on aircraft that don’t have enough overhead bin capacity, or they’re not enforcing their own baggage policies during boarding.

Am I expecting too much, or should airlines be ensuring that every passenger has access to the overhead bin above or close to their assigned seat?
