What keeps non 100 series 2UZ specific exhaust headers from fitting?

Title says all. Seeing if I can come up with another way to fit headers without waiting for DT to come back in stock somewhere.

I tried to fit a set from NE toys LLC years ago. Don's were meant for toyota pickup to 2uz swaps so we were optimistic it would fit. It hit the intermediate steering shaft and he gave me a refund. That's the first pic. Second is cause I like my 100 series

Help deciding what to do with low compression engine

165,000 miles on a 5vzfe (3.4l V6) toyota tacoma 2004, supercharged around 100K by PO.

Not long after i bought the truck the knock senors failed, putting the truck into a limp mode. I just did those, along with a host of other mostly preventive maintenance parts with mostly oem toyota parts with hopes to daily this another 2-300k. Up to this point I've driven it like I stole it.

After this work, and a day of hard driving to see if how it would hold up, I noticed the power was less than before. Next a hesitation or miss developed. A compression test shows 200 psi cold on all cylinders but one at 150.

The other cylinder next to it took an excessive amount of cranking to reach around 190psi.

I am playing with a leak down kit but having trouble being confident I'm using it correctly, seems any escaping pressure is going out the tail pipe. No oil or bubbles in coolant, engine oil is clean.

I'm trying to decide what to do. I have the space and (some) desire to learn how to rebuild the engine. I am learly of this because I dont know how much I can resurface the heads while being supercharged, or if I will need oversized pistons?

It appears to be around 3.5k for a used engine of unknown condition

What direction would you go? Thanks.

Boost without power, ideas?

04 3.4l v6 with a supercharger, im getting boost up to 12 psi (2.2 red pully, 7th injector) WOT usually without any power behind it. I've never driven a NA 3.4l but I can tell the engine is way down on power.

It also lurches and hesitates during acceleration. Otherwise runs like a dream, no back fires, idles smooth, starts right up, no smoke or steam from the exhaust. No codes.

History: around 100k Previous owner installed SC. Now at 170k. Not sure if it was a new or used SC, my gut says used.

A while after i got it, the knock sensor codes came up and engine went into limp mode.

I just did a bunch of maintenance parts, drove it for a few weeks were it felt slower than when I first got it, but solid. then the power fell off to where it is now.

Work done:

timing belt

all belts and pulleys

water pump

Stock toyota thermostat

plugs and wires

oem air and fuel filter

in-tank fuel filter

PO put a Walbro fuel pump in

Both knock sensors and wiring harness

New needle bearings for SC (possible issue, I read to use permatex Red gasket maker when reassembling the SC...it was supposed to be anaerobic red sealant.. I have sprayed and entire can of starting fluid on this thing and can't get it to act like it has a vacuum leak)

All parts were oem toyota except for the ngk wires and I think plugs.

Im leaning towards the MAF. What do you guys think?
