Replacing window on my '15

Getting quotes to repair my windshield. All hovering around $750. My insurance deductible for windshield replacement: $750. What more frugal options have I overlooked for replacement?

Help needed for unresponsive key and Out of temporary space

I picked up a second hand key 37 this weekend. Two main issues off the bat. The second C key (could call it middle C) is dead or nonresponsive. The software fixes I've read about are not helping out. I'm not sure that I'm getting a full keyboard reset to clear up mapping issues or glitches because of issue #2.

Issue #2 is the Warning: Out of temporary space. The main fixes I've read say to go to Preferences, Project Load/save and change the Temporary File Location. When I get to that location the Temporary File Location is set to [User]/MPC Documents/Temporary Files, there does not appear to be any way to change the location. Nothing happens when tapping anywhere on that line, except the magnifying glass icon turn red when you tap on it. I'm not sure how to change it, or where to change it.

Also, There is a microSD card plugged in, but I don't see it show up anywhere and don't know what it would be called if I needed to address it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My experience restarting after being off 3 months

I had been at 15mg for several months when I had an accident that side-lined me for 3 months.

My PHP started me back at 5 mg. She did it with a wink saying that if it doesn't do the trick I could take a double after 2 weeks and she'd call in a script for 10 mg.

I'm not entirely sure why, but I think the first time through I was in a bit of a hurry to move up in dosage. I had rarely stayed at one level more than a month or two.

This time through I'm trying to eat better. To follow the lifestyle habits that helped me lose the most before. And I'm finding that 5 mg is doing the trick. Hunger and food noise are at a minimum. I plan to stay on it until food noise and hunger become an issue again.

TL;DR If you are new or restarting, don't be in a rush to ramp up your dose. Get in your protein and water and see if your lower level isn't doing the trick. Once you max out, there isn't any place to go.

Perspective on short term vs life-long use

I started GLP-1's a little over two years ago and lost a significant amount of weight (140 lbs). At the end of January I was in an accident that left me with multiple fractures in my pelvis, a shattered elbow and major brain trauma. Multiple hospital stays and a trip in for brain surgery.

All told I was off Mounjaro (I had been at 15mg) for three months. During that time I found myself right back in my old habits. And the weight packed back on rapidly. I quickly got to the point where the weight gain and inflimation was causing much more discomfort that the broken bones and the brain bleed.

I surely didn't want this to happen. I thought I had cemented some seriously healthy lifestyle changes. But the food noise came back with a vengeance.

I'm back on Mounjaro again and am starting the process of re-losing that weight gain.

Why am I writing this? I am now convinced that I will need to be on this medication for life. I'm OK with that. I think that had I been looking at this as some sort of quick fix - like thinking I'd take it for six months and hop off - I would be sorely disappointed. I worry for people whose insurance doesn't cover it, and plan shell out enough to take it for some limited number of months, only to find themselves reverting back when they go off. It's certainly something to consider.
