I lost access to email address my Steam RDO copy is linked to, I created two tickets already and they got closed saying "We are unable to recover the account at this time due to a lack of information on the form and will be closing this ticket.". No questions asked, just simply closed.

Now not even that works, it just says "oops something went wrong" (or something like that) when I try to open a ticket.

Ive seen many posts here compaing about Rockstar support and I absolutely see why.

Did anyone cracked the code?

Need an advice.

I have a primary account which is all good, but I've created an alt with a Steam copy of the game like 4 years ago and used email address owned by my previous employer (dumb, I know, lesson learned). The company no longer exists, mailboxes no longer exists.

Now Ive already created two tickets, both got closed saying they cannot verify Im an owner of the account.

Ive provided SteamID its linked to and I can prove Im owner of the Steam account and email account its on, but no questions asked, ticket got closed.

Whats next? How can I recover my account? Or, not my favorite option but.... How to reset it so I can use it again?

Im not willing to accept my second copy of the game is lost forever just because I dont have access to the email account.

And no, its not griefing, its a game mechanic players opt into and the only thing the loose is the time (unless they ALT+F4 the game).
Im lvl 360+, have time to play in the evenings mostly (CET).
