Passed test, paid for license, did not receive license. Anyone else?

Passed the exam and paid the $600 license fee. The payment went through, I received the receipt, payment is NOT pending on my card, and FIFA's "Access" email, but clicking the link just takes me back to the payment page. It's almost as if the system doesn't recognize that I've already paid. I still haven't received my license number either.
I submitted multiple support tickets which are all being gracefully dismissed as "heavy traffic" but I know about 200 people who passed the exam and received it immediately.
Anyone else have this happen to them?

Does anyone else still wake up feeling groggy or tired even when their Apple Watch says they slept well?

I’ve noticed I can technically get “good sleep” but still wake up completely groggy depending on when my alarm goes off. Curious if anyone here has tried any smart alarm or sleep cycle apps that actually made a noticeable difference in how you feel waking up. I’m researching this pretty deeply right now because most sleep apps seem way better at tracking sleep than improving mornings.

Does anyone here still wake up groggy even when their sleep metrics look good?

I’ve been using Oura and noticed I can get solid sleep scores but still feel awful waking up depending on timing. Curious if anyone here has experimented with smart alarms or adaptive wake timing and actually noticed a measurable difference in sleep inertia or morning energy. Trying to understand whether there’s something real there beyond placebo.

Does anyone else still wake up feeling groggy even after a full night of sleep?

I have an Oura ring and I’ve noticed I can technically get “good sleep” but still feel completely destroyed waking up depending on when my alarm goes off. Curious if anyone here has tried smart alarms, sleep cycle apps, anything that actually improved sleep inertia/grogginess? I’m researching this pretty deeply right now and trying to understand whether adaptive wake timing actually makes a noticeable difference.
