Aside from health concerns, what made you finally quit vaping?

Problem/Goal: Pushing 30. Long time vaper. Have tried to quit several times. Might have possibly read all the health concerns from vaping but something’s still not clicking for me. I want to hear what made you guys realize something about it that made it finally lose its charm for you and never pick up those flavored batteries ever again.

Context: I tried quitting so many times pero lagi lang akong nagri-relapse. For further context, all in my cof who used to vape has finally stopped for quite some time now, except the two of us in the group. I’m also no longer a social vaper, since I’m starting to feel embarrassed everytime nasa labas ako or any gimmick where I can slip my vape out. I bring it at work then take hits sa office bathrooms namin. I also only do it mostly at my place since I live alone naman. I honestly feel awful about myself typing this, but yeah that’s the situation. Also, not to be cocky or anything, pero I’m the kind of person who always gets complimented by their looks. I admit I’m a bit of a vain person, and I’m starting to get conscious abt the impression I give on others after learning that I vape. I’ve heard and read from other people na “nakakapangit mag-vape” “bawas pogi points” “unattractive af” and God knows I don’t want that for me, pero I can’t seem to get past through this bad habit I’m still struggling with.

Previous attempts: tried cold turkey pero idk bakit parin ako nagri-relapse
