Is this watch too small for even my small wrists?

I was given this vintage Tag Heuer watch [WN1351] recently and curious if it is a decent fit for my wrist? It’s 29mm but I have small wrists. Also, it doesn’t run so wondering if it would be worth it to have the battery replaced and polished? All original everything. New to the time piece world.

Received my first Seiko in the mail. [SSB459P1]

Pictures don’t do much justice on the color changes with different lighting. Grey with white stitching sailcloth strap otw. Summer vibes.
