Looking for good support content creators to improve my role.

Hello everyone,

I slowly realised that mastering a champion can only get you that far in my elo.

I'm in silver 3 right now and even though I am playing really casual, like after work 1-3 games casual, I want to climb. My goal of reaching gold might be really stupid to some but I really wanna go there.

And since I can play a good amount of support champs pretty good, what I am lacking is all the other stuff. The management of everything, when to ward, when to get support item stacks and stuff like that.

Are there any content creators that do explain stuff like this? Plus points of it's for lower elo as well.

[Rant/Vent] players in ranked need more chill

[DISCLAIMER]

I know I know you should ofc take ranked seriously but for me there is, at least maybe in my silver elo, a bit of a limit. We're not in a high stakes e-sports tournament after all.

Hello fellow supporters and other laners,

after I had a horrible encounter as a supporter I just needed to vent a bit. And yes maybe I am not taking this as serious as others but I still of course want to win.

The game was Veigar + me (Tahm Kench) in a lane. The fact that it was Veigar bot, was already annoying enough but I digress.

The problems began, when I last hitted a minion that was about to die, while Veigar used tp to got back to lane. (He couldn't have got it) But he pinged me and told me to leave the minions alone.

Then I used two of my support item proccs to kill two minions. Since I want to get my supp item asap and the enemy was not in range for me to trigger it off of them, I used the minions. Once again he got annoyed because he couldn't stack his q.

I calmly explained it but he didn't listen and proceeded to go to our Midlane and stayed there.

I don't know if I already stepped over a line or if I was still pretty rational but it really tipped me off. We managed to win in the end but still it was so annoying.

Some things that where especially annoying was firstly, why pick a Veigar botlane when you care so much about stacks. I know it's not much of a difference. Well the only difference is that the supporter occasionally ( be it with the support item or other skills during a trade) will take some of your minions to stack with. So just go mid with Veigar.

The other thing was that when I told the enemies that my botlaner left me over some minons, they teamed up with him and wanted to report me for trolling the team (wtf?) I mean sure he lost a few stacks but he already didn't land every q to begin with.

Well I don't know maybe I was wrong and I just couldn't see it. Im always open to suggestions on how to support properly. It's my favourite role after all. And of course I want to climb and I always trying to improve, be it the learning of a champ or micro managing the wards and stuff.

But this was just mean behaviour (in my perspective, I'm open for constructive criticism)

Well that is all.

TL:DR

Im apparently taking ranked not to serious enough because I took about 5 minions off of my botlaner.

Can't progress in the D1 Grand Prix

I don't know if this is normal or if it's buggy or if I just don't see anything.

When it first came out I saw some sort of indicator in how many battles are left for the next rank but now I am Bronze 3 ( I guess) and I don't see any indicator anymore.

Am I doing something wrong here? I don't want to miss out on the rewards.

If you have both versions of a game, which one is your "main" and which one is used for several playthroughs?

For me it is still a bit on the fence.

On the one hand I want to play my favorite version of a generation over and over.

On the other hand its nice to have my favorite version as my "main" version, where I got all the Pokémon available and beat it with my favourite Pokémon of said version, be able to catch anything since ive completed the story and got the nation dex and so on.

So what about you? Do you like to have your main version save and sound or do you want to experience your main version over and over.

To be fair, usually there arent much differences in gameplay from each version. I could argue with the story or something but its Pokémon we are talking about. But I dunno it somehow feels better to play the favourite version over and over again with cool challenges or something like that.

Which newer Pokémon games have the most Gen 2 Pokémon available

Hello there,

I recently started playing Crystal VC again and it is a blast so far since gen 2 is by far my favorite generation in terms of Pokémon designs.

Thats why I´m asking what newer game would have the most gen 2 Pokémon available? I was thinking about BDSP. Its a gen 4 remake and in those games you could catch so much older Pokémon. But are they any other games?

I just love to pick my favourite gen 2 Pokémon and use them in newer graphics and visuals. :D

City builder/management Sim from small settlement to big cities

Hello there,

today on a long ride home I was thinking about how cool a game would be where you start as several little settlements and as time goes on your settlements became big cities and your small dirt paths that connect those vast settlements, became modern highways and so on.

Like for example in Age of Empires 2 where you start from a very simple age up to a bit more modern. But this time it should go from simple to modern, if that makes sense.

Does anybody know if such a game or similar vibe of game already exist? It would be so cool to see that the little settlements and farms slowly begin to form bigger cities and get more modern.

Hello fellow jungle mains,

im a main support but recently i started to play autofill since, i really enjoy all lanes in this game and just pick whatever is needed.

But I have to say jungle is my least favorite, well actually i like the role because it can have so much impact to the game if the jungler does his job well. Every now and then I have to jungle and mostly it works, my go to jungle champs are Amumu. Teemo (I know he is hated but I really love the map control aspect of him, also hes one of the champs I know best) and Warwick. The latter I am using the most, because he feels quite easy, got good sustain and nice gank potential.

The problem I have is that I feel im so slow compared to other junglers, my main issue is that I do not know when to use smite on regular camps, or do you use smite on them at all? It surely is boost in clearing camps but I am always so afraid that I dont have it ready when it really matters.

Another thing is, I dont really know when to start at the blue buff or the red buff. Ive been watching and reading about champs and stuff but I really need some first hand advice.

TL:D Im an autofill jungler who wants to improve his jungle clear speed and needs some knowledge about the best way to use smite.
