My CCNA and the exam I passed, 300-710 Securing Networks with Cisco Firepower (SNCF) expire 8/22/2026.

I'm studying for and trying to take the 350-701 Implementing and Operating Cisco Security Core Technologies (SCOR) exam before they expire so I can complete CCNP-Security.

Can I take them on 8/22/2026 or is that too late?

I want to maximize study time because I fell asleep at the switch and I'm trying to cram everything before the test.

Old prescription Estradiol Valerate (blue 10 mg/ml vial) prescription says inject 0.4 ml weekly which is 4 mg, right?

New prescription (which I just injected this morning following instructions blindly), Estradiol Valerate (red 20 mg/ml vial) prescription says inject 0.4 ml IM once a week, which is 8 mg, right??! That’s double the old prescription!

It’s double the strength of the old prescription, 20 mg/ml vs 10 mg/ml. My NP never mentioned increasing the dosage and by that much. That seems like a pretty big thing to not mention, right right?!

I’ve been a crying weeping mess today and I’m going through some stuff but I’m also wondering if it’s because my dosage has effectively been doubled overnight. No titration or ramping/scaling up the dosage slowly.

What do you think? What should I do?!

Just what the title says. I don’t have anyone to hang out with that even remotely knows what I’m going through. Trying to find my community. I’m 40+ into anime, VR, making, hiking/biking, surfing, sailing, SCUBA.
