Any tips on drawing hands... 🙏

Any tips on drawing hands... 🙏
I'm starting to really like drawing eyes for some reason... But I'm starting to feel tired of relying on Pinterest for references due to the multiple instances of being recommended AI "art".
So I'm hoping to find a fellow human artist who could motivate me...
I revisited drawing once more and I've begun drawing stuff from time to time... But lately I've started to become unsure of what I should even do in order to improve...
So if possible, can you guys give advice on what I should do from now on.... If you see some mistakes then maybe you could mention it so that I could try and fix it, or if not, then maybe you guys could provide some ways I could practice drawing 🙏
Anyways, I'd like to say thank you in advance for all of your replies 👍
(Just realizing it now, but I think the girl's hips and my skull anatomy is kinda off so maybe you could also help me out on that... Thnx)
Tbh I'm a narcissist when it comes to drawing... Whenever I finish a sketch I rarely ever try to critique it, because the only thing that comes to mind is that I did quite well...
I only ever realize my mistakes after like a week or so, and that's where I suddenly become pessimistic...
In my search for new manga that I can add to my library I came across this.
I seriously don't know how to describe it but I think you should give it a try to see if you're into comedy.
It's still halfway done and I'm feeling kinda worried that I'm missing something that might be ruining my drawing.... And I'm worried that I might notice it too late.
