I am currently 17 at the tail end of my grade 11 year living in Saskatchewan, I really want to design airplanes or cars for a living and I have pretty good averages 85%+ and I was wondering what the best options are. Thanks to my parents I have 70k from my educations savings plan but im split, my friend who wants to do the same degree as me says going to the UofT is the best option, personally I saw that the ubc has a specialization program for mechanical engineering and that you can work with Boeing and other companies but im not quite sure how it works despite research and an online meeting with one of their counselors/advisor people. My parents really want me to stay in Saskatchewan and go the UofS because my uncle works at Nutrien and says he would mentor me (He has a masters in some sort of engineering degree and business degree) but i really dont know what to do, your guys opinions would be great and I hope everyone is doing well!
