We are a very early-stage startup, currently entering our scaling phase, and we're looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our core team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to build and grow our social media presence from the ground up and play an important role in our growth.

What We're Looking For

Social Media Management

Experience managing and growing social media accounts

Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, and other relevant platforms

Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, engagement, and growth strategies

Ability to plan and manage content calendars

Ability to analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content

Content Creation & Editing

Strong video editing skills for Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, etc.

Ability to create engaging short-form content

Strong poster, graphic, and social media creative design skills

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools

Ability to take an idea from concept → editing/design → publishing

Creative & Growth Skills

Proactive and creative with the ability to generate new content ideas

Good understanding of branding and visual consistency

Ability to identify trends and adapt content quickly

Strong communication and coordination skills

Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently

Willingness to take ownership rather than simply execute instructions

Compensation - Fixed monthly salary

As we are a very new startup in the early scaling stage, the initial compensation will be based on the candidate's experience and capabilities.

I am a CSE student and the price is a bit much for me right now . I'm building a backend heavy project and i could really use a good model right now to finish it. Also i wanted to test it out a bit more until I am sure it's worth the price.

From what I've read, Claude handles long context better, so I wanted to test it out properly before deciding anything.

I know it's a bit of a long shot, but I figured I'd ask here and see if anyone can help.
