What Is A white / Orange Screen of death i see it a lot but what does that mean ? Is it Like A bug or Smth

So so, like my phone doesn’t charge until I elevate it, but never happened to me until now and you know, it’s not like a good thing to elevate your iPhone because you aren’t gonna keep on elevating it most of the time so is it worth the buying
