Mums of multiples, show me your guns!
I can't believe the size of my biceps these days... how are yours doing?!

Is it relentless and exhausting? Yes, but not like it was.

They play with each other, they play with us, they're starting to communicate wants and needs. It's a pleasure hanging out with them (most of the time).

I shed a little tear of happiness this morning, I love them so much.

That's all.

Sorry to be asking for support yet again!

We have twin 16 month olds, they are identical and need about the same amount of sleep.

We usually do wake windows of 4.75/6.75 - i wake them up at 6.45am if they haven't woken up themselves but by 11.30am they tend to be desperate for a nap.. however they seem to last so much longer for their second wake window...

Sometimes this works perfectly and one of them will sleep through the night for a couple of nights, but often we get at least one of them waking a few times in the night. We occasionally get split nights but these are usually due to sickness.

If they go to nursery or their grandparents during the day, sometimes they'll only sleep for 45mins to 1 hour for their nap.

Are we trying to get them to sleep too much? They get so sleepy so I can't really believe its that... could it be undertiredness?

They always have snotty noses and one of them is almost always teething...

We're at a loss and I feel so helpless. Some nights we only get bursts of 45 mins of sleep, and some nights we only get a total of 4 hours sleep due to one or the other waking up.
Edit: they are sleep trained - I just sing twinkle twinkle while giving a lil back rub and leave them to it after a book, bath, bed routine.
Hi favourite community!
I live in a tall house and every morning I have to carry my twins down two flights of stairs. I think two toddler carriers (the ones that sit on your hips) could help as it is quite difficult!, but I'm wondering if anyone has actually used two at the same time with any success? Or can you only really use one at a time?
I love the look of the wildride ones but they are quite expensive!
I'm uk based.
Edit: I'm also just interested for taking them out etc. Etc. They really like to be carried sometimes! They are almost 16 months.
Hey, I wondered if you guys had any recommendations of where I could take my twin girls while solo parenting?
Fancy getting out of the house but I think the weather isnt going to be great!
