Where To Find 99% Isopropyl Alcohol In California

Been looking for a way to get some 99% IPA in California but it’s basically been blacklisted as far as I can tell. Every major retailer no longer carries it like Walgreens, CVS, or even Ace Hardware. Checking on Amazon and other websites like Uline they have a notice saying they do not ship to California anymore. I know it’s not straight-up banned but finding it at all is rare now so I’m wondering if there’s something I’m missing or if it’s just gone from the state at this point. I live in the Sacramento region so I’m not gonna be able to drive to any specialty shops in LA or anything that far but I need a way to get it for my console repair business since 91% isn’t the easiest to work with by comparison, even if it’s still acceptable for electronics use in most cases.

Got a Console with PS Home Still On It. Preservation Suggestions?

As title stated, I just picked up a PS3 with Home still installed. It’s physically pretty busted up and I picked it up with the intention of restoring it and reselling it, so by the end I’m going to be wiping the drive and installing HEN and wanted to see what suggestions there are on if I should be doing anything with the game data before I clear the drive. I’ve heard that there’s some kind of internal tiff going on between some of the restoration efforts and I’m out of the loop, so how to get the data and where to send it would both be appreciated.
